How can I help you?

After a successful career in Sales, Marketing and General Management, I took the step towards entrepreneurship

through a career in Executive Search where I was responsible for selection

and recruiting of talented profiles.

So I can look back on a career with a lot useful expertise , knows how things work in

companies, knows the economic challenges and its impact on organizations and their

way of working.

This makes a big difference: I speak from my own experience, understand you as a person

or business.

Growing, standing still, moving, falling, getting up, growing ...

Because I have experienced it all myself.

Professional relationships describe me as sharp , result-oriented, intuitive and inspiring .
I like to question evidences, stimulate solution-oriented thinking and guide people through changes.

I always work on a one-to-one and tailor-made way, because no two people or situations are the same.

I like complex issues and know how to simplify them to the essentials that make clear and feasible challenges possible.

Through conversation, sometimes penetrating and confronting, always respectful, I help as a coach in achieving the set goals.

I support a - keep it simple - approach, but with an eye for detail and style.

I don't think you can know everything.

As a coach I have consciously chosen not to be a generalist but a specialist,

and only in those matters for which I have developed a passion , and which provide a clear and above all rapid added value .

As an entrepreneur, I am never satisfied with a status quo.

There is so much more to know, to read, to understand, to hear, to see, to improve.

An important part of my time is therefore devoted to my own personal and professional development. Growing is timeless .
