I personally do not believe in 'born' professional skills, nor in a specific and unique talent that one possesses or another do not possess.

If this were the case, the world would be divided into those who have it and ... those who don't.

And what about 'becoming' you think.

 

The people we are talking about here are John, who leads a sales team of twelve people, Helen a back office of seven, Peter a technical department of ten. Your leaders, in your company. Your John's, Helens and Peters. Maybe yourself.

For managers, team leaders and supervisors, result is central, but only if they are also able to successfully motivate a team, make their own decisions and develop themselves in their job.

 

Success and growth is a combination of different talents and skills.

Each of these talents or skills can be developed and stimulated individually.

You work on practical cases, your own cases. During the coaching you look at yourself, your relationship with your team, your relationship with your peers.

This coaching is not a training in which knowledge is transferred in one direction, but an appropriate tailor-made program that fits in with your own work context, starting from your own situation .

I believe in practice , not standard concepts. What you learn today, you should be able to apply tomorrow.

After a face-to-face intake interview in which the initial question is clarified, we analyse together the specific situation in your organisation and determine the best approach.

Coaching takes place, externally or at your workplace, face-to-face or via Skype if this is easier.
